Provide a time field

Everything is working for me fine. I've made alot of modifications that you'll want to test out and we probably want to lower the phpstan level warnings back down unless you have some solutions to resolve them now. The tests now include this field and getting passes although at some point we will want to expand the tests for everything but anyhow... i'm comfortable with the way this is working.
