D11 New API for defining field type categories

Problem/Motivation

Since D11 and change record [#3375748], translation is deprecated in fieldtype definition.

this cause error :

AssertionError: "Référence" must be defined in MODULE_NAME.field_type_categories.yml in assert() (line 183 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Field/FieldTypePluginManager.php).
