There is a conflict between the Symfony package and Drupal 11

Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.

  Problem 1
    - drupal/vite_react_generator[1.0.0-alpha1, ..., 1.0.5-beta1] require drupal/core ^9 || ^10 -> found drupal/core[9.0.0-alpha1, ..., 9.5.x-dev, 10.0.0-alpha1, ..., 10.5.x-dev] but the package is fixed to 11.1.6 (lock file version) by a partial update and that version does not match. Make sure you list it as an argument for the update command.
    - drupal/vite_react_generator[dev-1.0.x, 1.0.6-beta1, ..., 1.0.x-dev] require symfony/yaml ^6.3 -> found symfony/yaml[v6.3.0-BETA1, ..., 6.4.x-dev] but the package is fixed to v7.2.5 (lock file version) by a partial update and that version does not match. Make sure you list it as an argument for the update command.
    - Root composer.json requires drupal/vite_react_generator * -> satisfiable by drupal/vite_react_generator[dev-1.0.x, 1.0.0-alpha1, ..., 1.0.x-dev].

Use the option --with-all-dependencies (-W) to allow upgrades, downgrades and removals for packages currently locked to specific versions.
You can also try re-running composer require with an explicit version constraint, e.g. "composer require drupal/vite_react_generator:*" to figure out if any version is installable, or "composer require drupal/vite_react_generator:^2.1" if you know which you need.
