Our site is working to get to D11 and 1 module on the list that doesn't have a release is this one.
I'm offering to help co-maintain and get a release out. I would start a new branch for 10.3/11 only for modern php and drupal standard, add gitlab, etc.
Currently help maintain over 50+ modules in a similar fashion.
