Add Search API processor to strip citations from content

Thanks for the contribution! I think maybe require-dev needs to have search_api as a dependency to avoid e.g. the phpstan errors?

`namespace Drupal\minsky\Plugin\search_api\processor;`

Shouldn't be `namespace Drupal\footnotes\Plugin\search_api\processor;` ?

You're right, I missed that. Created a new issue to fix the namespace: 🐛 The class namespace of the new Search API processor is wrong Active .
