Problem/Motivation

Now, it's not possible to add revision log message to all edited content. Option to add message per bundle exists. Let's extend it.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Add global revision log message. On view configuration, site administrator can decide to enable it:

If enabled, then it's added like here:

And messages are applied according to the rules:

If revision log message is added per bundle use it.
If there is no message for bundle, use global revision log message.
If both bundle revision log message and global revision log message are not present, use predefined message (Edited as a part of bulk operation. Field changed: @fields)

I checked with the patch and the MR and both doesn't seem to resolve the issue raised here, No field for adding a revision log message to all edited content appeared, changing the status to "Needs work".
