Problem/Motivation

Implement OOP hooks for better OOP & DI support, instead of having all hook logic in the module file.

Proposed resolution

Convert hook implementations to OOP hooks, with backwards compatibility.

- Create hook clas(ses) to logically bundle relevant hooks with their logic

I accidentally made this issue fork (3519851-support-oop-hooks-2.0.x) because I made my MR into the wrong target branch.
This should be fixed in this (3519851-support-oop-hooks) one. You can ignore the wrong issue fork or delete it if possible.
