Add support for a Batch Operation being called as an ECA action

Problem/Motivation

It would be nice if any Batch Operation could be called as an ECA Action.
so that someone could use ECA to set up the Event and Conditions for something to happen but then one of the Actions from that was to call a specific Batch Operation.
