How to display Interest Groups in Views? “Show Interest Groups” checkbox is disabled

The Mailchimp module is not specifically designed to work with views, so it is not surprising you are having trouble and it may not be possible to use views to do what you are trying to do.
Can you provide more info about how your view is set up and what you are trying to accomplish?

I understand, thanks for the answer; I created blocks in Views to organize and display my contacts' information (they are a Node). With one of these blocks I collect the "communication" information that I have with a contact and I would like to show if this person exists in my Mailchimp list and show which groups they are in.
In views I added the field and used "Subscription Info" in the Formatter, (but the selector for Groups is not selectable). Then I hide the display and use a Global: custom text with Twig, so I manage the layout of this information through Twig with a custom text in the view.
