Unchecking "Enabled" checkbox in CSL style does not remove the style from Citation Select Block

Steps to reproduce

1. Uncheck "Enabled" checkbox in a CSL style
2. Place Citation Select Block to be displayed on node pages
3. Visit a node page and see that the disabled style is still available in the pulldown
