Problem/Motivation

There's no link to the actual Drupal CMS ( https://www.drupal.org/project/cms → ) project page from this page.

Proposed resolution

Perhaps in the following sentence we can add a link so users can go to the project page and download it.

"Drupal CMS can be downloaded using Composer, which is included with DDEV."

Or we can add the Composer command to this page as well.
