Fix URL structure of admin pages

Problem/Motivation

Currently, a lot of admin pages for this module do not follow the usual Drupal URL structure. We should simply fix that.

Steps to reproduce

See that, e.g., the “Add AD content” page has the URL of /ad/content when it should actually be /admin/ad/content/add.

Proposed resolution

Rewrite the structure of the menu links and routing.
