Change default presentation upload location

Problem/Motivation

For people using config management It's not an optimum to include a file upload in the config settings of the module.

Proposed resolution

Add a new form and add a local task to the settings form. The local task leads to a regular form managing the default presentation upload and saves it into key value store.
