Create a Bootstrap 5 release of this module

Problem/Motivation

The current module supports Bootstrap 3 themes with no issues because the Bootstrap Libraries uses Bootstrap 3 as well. I want to create a Bootstrap 5 release for this module, but I will need to update the Bootstrap Libraries as well, but it seems like this module hasn't been updated for a while.

Steps to reproduce

- Try to install this module in a Bootstrap 5 theme, it won't work at all

Proposed resolution

Fork the project https://github.com/usrz/bootstrap-languages, rename it as bootstrap5-languages
Refactor the project to make it work with B5
Create a different Drupal Gitlab Branch (5.0.x ?)
Refactor the module to integrate it with the new bootstrap5-languages library
Test it with Bootstrap 5 themes
If tests are ok, make a release

OPTIONAL: Create a NPM package.

I added a new DEV release that is working fine in a BS5-based theme, needs more testing (if anyone wants to score some credits), but I think it's working fine: https://www.drupal.org/project/languages_dropdown/releases/5.0.x-dev →
