Hi there, first off, thanks very much for this very useful module.
Id like to offer to co maintain this module with some active development, I've recently implemented this module along with a custom export plugin for pushing synonyms directly to Solr on a couple of projects so am reasonably familiar with it. Would be good to get some of the issue queue items that need review/RTBC in and ongoing support.
Contacted the current maintainers that have their contact form open.
