Missing breadcrumb items when title resolves to empty string

I am not sure if we should avoid the empty string in the first place, but for now just replacing the !isset() with empty() solves the bug for me.

I have tested MR 148 on Drupal 11.x
the MR is applied successfully....

Testing Steps:

1. Install Drupal 11
2. Install Easy Breadcrumb Module version 2.x-dev
3. go to the "/admin/structure/views/view/content/edit/default"
4. Apply MR again check for the same

Result: Missing breadcrumb items issue is resolved with the MR.

Keeping in needs review for code verification
