Add translation context for the word alert

Problem/Motivation

The word 'alert' has been translated in Dutch as 'alarm'. This is not the best translation whereas 'melding' is a better suited translation. Add a context for the word 'alert' so a new translation can be added. Other usages of the word 'alert' already have been translated in Dutch with 'melding'.

Steps to reproduce

Install Drupal
Install the Module
Enable the Dutch language
See in the translations that 'Alert' has been translated as 'Alarm' instead of 'Melding')

Proposed resolution

Add a Translation Context so the word 'Alert' can be translated for the module separately from the standard translation on the localisation server.
