Add a contextual link to "Edit context"

Problem/Motivation

It would be useful to have a contextual link to "edit context" on each block, underneath the "remove from context" link.

I use context heavily and any time I am viewing a page and want to edit a context I need to go to structure > contexts, find the context in my long list of contexts and edit from there. Having a quick link to edit the context would save a bunch of time while building a site.

Similarly, in the context inspector block if there was a link to edit the context next to each entry would be helpful.

    MR 66 adds a contextual link to blocks. I will work on getting a link on the context inspector as well.

    First I was a little confused as there were to many weird changes, this seems to happen because of the change in the default branch I assume. Checked the actual commit, which just has the contextual link and also tested manually, and I see the edit context, which clicking on it leads to the correct context. Marking this as RTBC.
