Third level not showing

Problem/Motivation

Our third-level menu items aren't showing. I have the parent item set to be expanded. The menu is set to -1. I can't find anything in our stylesheet that would cause it.

There should be a menu that pops out from "Training Schedule" under the "Training" menu.

I attempted to reproduce the issue by creating multiple menus, and in all cases, the menu is functioning correctly across all levels. If there are any specific configurations or settings that might be contributing to the issue, please let me know so I can investigate further.
