Migration to Core permissions guide/steps need updating

Problem/Motivation

Following the "How to migrate" steps on https://www.drupal.org/project/block_content_permissions → I stumbled upon a peculiar issue: I couldn't see the [type]: Create new content block permission from Core anywhere.

I had to uninstall block_content_permissions before I could see the new "create" permissions. So, the uninstallation step had to happen before the migration step.

In a website that has block_content_permissions enabled try to locate "Create new content block" permissions from core
