Problem/Motivation

Here are some ideas for this module:
- allow modules to ship with default content - drop in replacement for default_content contrib module but using core's API
- batch operations when the delete form is submitted
- add API (likely config) for marking certain UUIDs as essential = non skippable/deletable
- config for the list of modules/recipes to skip (vs global)
- lock the content entity for deletion when it was modified after the import
