I changed the icon to something that represents the AI, but I wasnt able to add the preview, in order to do that I'll need to create a Pull Request to add the plugin to the Gutenberg's block library
I don't think it is feasible for now, so I'll stick with the icon for now:
I'll leave it on "Needs Review" just in case anyone has another suggestion.
