Add e2e tests for telephone widget in page data form

Tests passed. Postponed on 📌 Add e2e test and confirm support for datetime timestamp widget Active so the datetime widgets don't need to be rebased because of this one.

Rebasing this off 0.x as it need not be postponed

Made a change to the test structure for maintainability and to avoid collisions
