Remove deprecated SDC module dependency

The SDC experimental module is now stable and was merged into core in 10.3. Any modules and themes that depend on the sdc module should drop this dependency.

Since this module requires 10.3 or later the dependency to the drupal:sdc module can/should be removed from modules/schemadotorg_components/schemadotorg_components.info.yml
