Handle other favourites (not just nodes)

2.0.0-rc2 only handled nids , now handle others

Add more cache tags that make sense.
Pre-load the block with markup of the current db list for those using db storage.

ongoing work to do yet.

Next features up will be an optional font-awesome support, if the fontawesome module is detected, use font-awesome for the heart.
