Delete layout_builder entries in tempstore when relationship is deleted

Problem/Motivation

Layout builder overrides use the tempstore to store the override section storage. When a relationship and the tempstore entry remains this might cause trouble. For instance referenced entities and so on might not exist anymore.

Proposed resolution

Delete the tempstore entries when a relationship is deleted.
