Remove enabling Dashboards statistic module

Problem/Motivation

The dashboards_statistics module is currently being enabled by default, even though it is not required for core functionality and may introduce unnecessary overhead for projects that do not need it. This could negatively impact performance or introduce confusion for site builders who are not using dashboard-related features.
