The cache_tags.invalidator service is a service collector. It means the service collects services tagged with a particular tag, which are then invoked when tags are invalidated.

As such, there is no need to decorate the cache_tags.invalidator service: It is sufficient to create a service tagged with cache_tags_invalidator. Its invalidateTags() method will be called when cache tags are invalidated.
