The view path for paragraph-lineage should be admin/content/paragraph-lineage to rhyme with the canonical path of paragraph entities and admin/content listings generally.
add "admin" the beginning of the path content/paragraph-lineage on views.view.admin_paragraph_lineage.yml:494
