The Search block test is flaky - needs reworking

Problem/Motivation

The current implementation of the tests/src/Nightwatch/Lib/checkSearchForm.js is flaky because doesn't properly wait for the search results to appear in the decoupled blocks.

Steps to reproduce

Re-run the tests with empty assets to force real API calls and see the failures.

Proposed resolution

Rework the test to use thPerformAndWaitForReRender() to wait for the decoupled results to be rendered.
