Override needs original notification id after template delete

Problem/Motivation

If you delete a cron override, the log is updated by deleting the ID (and therefore the link to the template). If I later create a new override for the same template, the targets in the log are updated correctly again, with the new ID and any changes in the offset.

Proposed resolution

Implement hook_cn_template_delete() and move back the original_id to the conditional_notification_log entry.
