The AI content filler form field on the content edit page should be a required field

Problem/Motivation

Making the field on content edit page a required field creates issue that the node form cannot be saved without adding some value to the Content Filler field.

Steps to reproduce

Try to save node form without adding anything in the content filler field.
Form will not be saved unless some value is provided in the content filler field.

Proposed resolution

Make the content filler field optional.
