Add support for Paragraphs in XB

Overview

Paragraphs are a very popular choice for Drupal sites to build flexible landing pages.

There have been recent discussions for supporting the migration from Paragraphs to XB and supporting Paragraphs directly as a component source.

Migrations can be problematic and supporting Paragraphs directly is currently the approach we'd like to focus on as part of the XB Migration Initiative.

Proposed resolution

We are having meetings to discuss this work along with supporting Layout Builder data:

There are several issues to be discussed and resolved before the Paragraphs work can be started in earnest.

User interface changes

Potentially, Paragraphs will show up in the XB UI along with other component sources. The UX/UI has not be determined and we may need a separate issue for that.
