New D11 site with quicklink latest version installed:
On the Status Report page, there's a notification:
Quicklink library needs to be updated
The Quicklink library does not appear to be the correct version.
The Quicklink library needs to be upgraded to the latest version. To do this, copy the JavaScript file from the CDN at https://unpkg.com/quicklink@2.3.0/dist/quicklink.umd.js to /libraries/quicklink/dist/quicklink.umd.js
I updated the umd.js file to the linked 2.3.0 version and cleared cache, but am still getting the notification.

Why can this library not be loaded with composer into the vendor directory from https://github.com/GoogleChromeLabs/quicklink/tree/2.3.0?
