Entity keys should only be added to an entity type if they are enabled

Problem/Motivation

Currently, the following entity_keys are added to every ECK entity type:

id
bundle
label
uuid
langcode
published

These fields aren't actually present on all entity types though, it depends on the enabled features.

Proposed resolution

Only add entity keys if the associated fields exist.
