EckEntityInterface should extend EntityChangedInterface, EntityPublishedInterface

Problem/Motivation

  • EckEntityInterface does not extend EntityChangedInterface yet, even though it has a changed field.
  • EntityPublishedInterface was added to the EckEntity base class but should be moved to the interface
