Unable to navigate to https://drupal.org/governance from the Project page or the repository.
Add a link on the Project page. Add a README.md with project information, including the link.

There is now a big blue button on the project page directing to the GitLab pages. A link hasn't been added to the resources but that is OK.
I am closing this as fixed.
