Problem/Motivation

Create a working recipe for wordpress_migrate

Remaining tasks

Add the files to the branch and tag a release version when it works.

There is not yet a tagged release of wordpress_migrate although the HEAD version is working. After that tagging then the composer.json should be updated to point to that ^ alpha version.
