Visual improvements to the settings form

Problem/Motivation

When viewing the settings form (/admin/config/services/frontend-routing) on smaller screens / browser windows, the columns are squashed so much you cannot see anything clearly.

Proposed resolution

I have improved the settings form visually by

  • Listing the aliases vertically and with their language code
  • Aligning the columns vertically to the top
