Change name to the MyInvalidateTags class

The MyInvalidateTags class should have a more meaningful name. LogInvalidTags would be a better name.

Its full name should also be either Drupal\log_cache_tags\Cache\LogInvalidTags or

Drupal\log_cache_tags\LogInvalidTags

. Both are fine, even if I prefer the first one.
