CSS Lint searches for ./app/core/.stylelintrc.json

Problem/Motivation

CSS Lint test fails because it tries to get the config file at ./app/core/.stylelintrc.json and app/ doesn't exist.

Steps to reproduce

Run the test.

Proposed resolution

Change app/ by the DRUPAL_DOCROOT variable
