Possible InvalidArgumentException for getTranslation in ViewModesPagedesignerFormatter

Problem/Motivation

When calling a page with a nonexisting translation the following error is displayed 

The website encountered an unexpected error. Try again later.

This is caused by calling 

      $node = $node->getTranslation($langcode);

without checking the the translation for the given $langcode exists

Proposed resolution

Only apply the translation if it exists
