Add a logo to the Olivero subtheme

This is needed in 1.x now that the Easy Email change is merged, but I don't think we need it in 2.x assuming we won't ship with the Olivero subtheme.

We need to move this patch to the Olivero project because it’s been removed from our subtree split.
