Update mentoring slack channel, social media

Problem/Motivation

Slack channel and social media is out-of-date.

We changed the Slack channel name again and we are currently not using a social media account on X and have not updated to using a different social media platform. We also have not made use of groups.drupal.org for communication so we should not add that as an option to join.

Proposed resolution

- Update Slack channel from "#mentoring-team" to "#mentoring-team-coordination"
- Remove "Follow @drupalmentoring on Twitter for reminders of office hour times and other mentoring events."
- Remove "Join the mentoring group on groups.drupal.org"
