[PP-1] Update the project description and add docs if necessary

Problem/Motivation

The current project description is outdated (referencing the old repo in the paypal org plus sort of lacks some screenshots and more in depth explanation what that module does as well as some instructions how to use it.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

I would postpone this issue for now and set it active as soon as there was an alpha or beta release, but at this point the module has to stabilized first.
