Review type edit page is missing tabs for fields, form, display

When editing a product review type the tabs that take you to the fields, form display, and display are missing.

On the field, form display, and display pages for the type the edit tab is missing.

The module needs to define a task in commerce_product_review_type.links.task.yml for the edit form in order for this to work as expected.
