Add a link to the configuration page from the module's listing on the Extend page.

Problem/Motivation

After enabling the Disclosure Menu module, site builders expect the configuration page to be accessible from the Extend page. Right now it is missing.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install and enable the Disclosure Menu module.
  2. Visit the Extend page and look at the entry for the Disclosure Menu module.

Proposed resolution

Add a link to the configuration page for the module's listing on the Extend admin page.

Remaining tasks

  1. ❌ Submit a merge request.
  2. ❌ Test the merge request.
  3. ❌ Accept the merge request on the dev branch.
  4. ❌ Enjoy an easier to configure module.

User interface changes

Add the configuration link to the Disclosure Menu's listing on the Extend page.

    @cedewey - I did you dirty. Thank you for your flagging, but there is no module configuration page, the only configuration happens on a per block basis.
