Allow Uploading a Specific Image for WebP Conversion

Problem/Motivation

Currently, the module processes uploaded images and converts them to WebP format. However, users may want to upload a specific image (rather than using the default file upload form) and convert it to WebP on demand. This feature would provide more flexibility by allowing users to:

Select and upload a specific image directly for conversion.
Download the WebP image immediately without saving unnecessary files.
Users later use those images for their usage in site
