Consistently spell modeler with one "l"

Problem/Motivation

In 📌 Start moving code from the ECA module Active , we copied code (and comments) from the eca module, which consistently spells modeller with two "l"s. This module spells it with one "l".

Proposed resolution

  1. Update the existing code and comments.
  2. Configure static analysis to make sure we keep the spelling consistent.

User interface changes

There may be some changes if existing forms use the spelling "modeller".

    Can cspell help with this? I think it complains about e-mail with a hyphen; maybe we can get it to complain about modeller.

    Probably we should do the two steps in the reverse order of what I wrote in the issue summary. Then the pipelines will show that the static analysis does what we want and that we have caught all instances.
