French language selector not translated

Created patch.

@joseph.garwood good catch! I will test this change and merge into 5.4.x and 6.1.x. Since 5.3.x is no longer supported, people can just apply this patch to their project as needed.

I tested this out and it fixes the issue. Pushed to 5.4.x and 6.1.x. Thanks @joseph.garwood!
